This butter dish is handmade here in Maine at Monroe Salt Works Pottery. It is about 8 inches long and has a removeable cover. Each piece is hand-placed in the kiln for heating and rock salt is thrown in as well. The salting process produced a unique look where no two pieces ever look the same. They are highly durable and are microwave dishwasher and oven safe. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery.
